2Common questions
I did not get my sign-in code
QuriOS sends the code on WhatsApp to your mobile number. Check that the number is on WhatsApp and typed correctly, wait a minute, then ask for a new code. There is no password to remember.
How do I add or change a child’s profile?
Sign in on our website and open Manage Family. Parents add, edit, pause or delete a child’s profile there. Children do not have their own login.
How do I delete my account or my child’s data?
On our website, open Parent Settings to delete the whole account, or Manage Family to delete one child’s profile. Deleting cannot be undone. The iPhone and Android apps have no sign-up, so deletion is done on the website. You can also write to us from the number on the account and we will do it. Our Privacy Policy explains what is removed.
How do I get a copy of my data?
In Parent Settings you can download an export of your account and your children’s profiles and homework summaries.
What are credits?
Each child profile gets an allowance of credits. Using the tutor and some other features uses credits. You can see them in the app, and more can be added on our website. Our Terms have the details.
How do I report a problem?
Use Report a problem inside QuriOS, or email us. Please tell us what you were doing when it happened.
Something unsafe happened
If a child is in danger, call 112 (India’s national emergency number) or your local emergency service first. Then write to us.
